  1. Booking and Reservations:

    • All bookings and reservations made with Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd are subject to availability.
    • To confirm a booking, a non-refundable deposit or full payment may be required.
    • We reserve the right to cancel any booking if payment is not received by the specified due date.

  2. Cancellation and Refunds:

    • Cancellation policies vary depending on the nature of the service booked.
    • Refunds for cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of our suppliers and may incur cancellation fees.
    • No refunds will be provided for unused services or portions of the trip once it has commenced.

  3. Travel Documents:

    • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and permits, are valid and obtained prior to travel.
    • Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any consequences resulting from failure to obtain proper documentation.

  4. Health and Safety:

    • Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to travel and have received any necessary vaccinations or health clearances.
    • Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any health-related issues or emergencies that may arise during the trip.

  5. Travel Insurance:

    • We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd is not liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.

  6. Changes to Itinerary:

    • Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodations, or mode of transportation if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.
    • We will make every effort to notify travelers of any changes as soon as possible.

  7. Liability:

    • While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our travelers, Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to person or property sustained during the trip.
    • Travelers participate in all activities at their own risk.

  8. Code of Conduct:

    • Travelers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times and adhere to local customs and regulations.
    • Mandala Holidays Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in disruptive or inappropriate behavior.

  9. Governing Law:

    • These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nepal.
