You will be then transferred to the Hotel. (Overnight at hotel).

Leave Kathmandu early for the seven-hour journey to the Langtang Valley. The road climbs high over ridges as it leaves the Kathmandu Valley, and provides impressive views of the Annapurna Himalayas in the west, to Manaslu, Ganesh Himal and the peaks of the Langtang region ahead.

We drive through the bustling town of Trisuli before climbing towards Dunche and the Langtang National Park. After the town of Dhunche, it is another hour downhill to Syabru Besi. In the evening we will have a meditation session by the instructor. Overnight at Syabrubesi. (BLD)

Today we start our day with a classical yoga session. Upon finishing the session we take our breakfast with sunrise view, Your trek begins with an uphill hike through a forest. Continuing uphill there is a bit of a steep climb for an hour to reach a place interestingly called Bamboo.

At 1,850m it is a good place to stop and catch our breath and have lunch. After lunch, the trail continues upwards through the bamboo forests until we reach Lama Hotel, quite a famous name in these parts. In the evening we will have a meditation session by the instructor which will consist of Yoga Nidra (sleep) and guided meditation. Overnight at Lama Hotel. (BLD)

We will continue with the morning Yoga session and move towards Langtang Village. We will have an early morning breakfast and we will trek alongside the river through the lush landscape as we’ll climb upward through dense forests. Along the way, we might see the snowy peaks ahead if the weather is favourable. Ultimately the narrow river valley broadens out at GhoraTabela (3,030m). In this area, there was once a Tibetan resettlement project running, and currently, GhoraTabela has an army check post that will register our papers and a few nearby lodges. As we trek further we will come across Chyamki village (3,230m); a small settlement. As we walk past chortens, water mills, mani walls and prayer wheels, it means that we are nearing Langtang village. We continue past prayer wheels driven by flowing water and prayer flags to scenic Langtang, a large settlement of mostly Tamang people with a nearby monastery. In the evening, our session starts with a spiritual philosophy and some guided meditation.

Overnight at Teahouse. (BLD)

Today’s target is Kyangjin Gompa, located at an elevation of 3,850m. We will continue with the morning Yoga session and move towards Kyangjin. From Langtang village, the trail climbs gradually through yak pastures as the valley opens out further and the views become more extensive. After crossing several small streams and moraines, the trail reaches the settlement at Kyangjin. Here there is a small monastery and a government-operated cheese factory, which is a good place to stock up for lunch and afternoon snacks.

As you will arrive by lunchtime there is time to take it easy in the afternoon or explore the area. If you are feeling energetic, head up the Valley towards Langshisha Kharka to see some of the amazing views. In the evening, our session starts with a spiritual philosophy and some guided meditation Overnight at Teahouse. (BLD)

After a good breakfast, we trek for approximately 4 hours to summit Kyangjin Ri which is a must-go place when you are trekking the Langtang region. But the views make it worthwhile! Here we can see Yala Peak (5,520m), Langtang Ri (7,205m), Langtang Lirung (7,227m) and Naya Khang (5,844m). We can enjoy our packed lunch while taking in the majestic mountains before the shorter descent back to Kyanjin Gompa. After returning to Kyanjin, you indulge in a yoga session at the serene aura around the Kyanjin MonasteryOvernight at Teahouse. (BLD)

We will continue with the morning Yoga session and move towards Lama Hotel. From KyangjinGomba, we admire the last glimpse of the beautiful mountains standing with pride and head back down and out of the valley. We retrace the arrival route through Langtang Village and break for lunch at GhoraTabela where the army check post registers our exit. After the leisurely lunch, we continue down through the dense forests of the river valley to Lama Hotel. In the evening, our session starts with a spiritual philosophy and some guided meditation. Overnight at Lama Hotel. (BLD)

We will continue with the morning Yoga session. Continue retracing your steps to Syabru Besi, enjoying the quiet forested hills. If you are feeling fit, take the spectacular route from Rimche via Sherpa Gaon to Syabru Besi; it will take much longer to reach the ultimate destination, but it’s a stunning detour. We will have our last meditation session. Overnight at Hotel (BLD)

Today we bid farewell to the Langtang mountains and drive back to Kathmandu bringing wonderful memories and photographs with us. Upon reaching Kathmandu, our representatives will escort you to a Nepali restaurant for a farewell dinner with the team. Overnight at Hotel. (BLD)
